"DON'T DO IT! Field Squared is a SaaS company with a decent product. The issue is culture combined with leadership. They make compensation promises they don't keep, the product doesn't demo well, and there's no sense of urgency. Employees are literally cattle to them (in my opinion). What else? Look at how many sales people have left. It's a revolving door. The VP of Sales, the Director of Sales, and a Business Analyst left this month (voluntarily). The company has <20 employees. Scary, right? They talk a good game. Don't take this job."
