"Products were exceedingly overpriced, leaving the sales force little opportunity to sell at a higher return. Management would brought in from other companies that knew little about how to go to market with Cronatron's products and services."

"They laid off all their sales people and all the managers, they force majority of the workers to leaves after been working with them average of years 15 years too 32 years.now they needs a lot of works for their staff and they have not achievedtheir goal yet for almost a year, it's a hassle work environment for all the workers and employees."

"Hire experience workers and support them with material that they need to raise employee morality to improve their duty,raise their spirit to enjoy the work to achieve goals instead of been a job just for earning money"
