"I love working outside, I love working with my hands. It is very fulfilling to tackle an issue and have the time and resources available to properly diagnose and repair whatever issue is present. In the cable world you run into like issues however there are so many variables. Keeps you on your toes, keeps your mind moving at all times. Love seeing the look of relief, the look of gratitude on your customer's face when you have restored, repaired, their services... well that makes it that more satisfying."
