"I have worked with Field Medix/Varicom Sales and Service for close to 10 years. Werner and the people at the main office are awesome and straight forward. Good pay for the hours worked, great field teams which gave me to do the best at a local and sometimes national level. You are not micro-managed, you work independently, just don't arrive late and be prepared to work on anything that and everything. Support is always available and ready to teach you. No micro management - Great culture."

"I got paid a flat rate depending on the job and the rates were being lowered. In my area well there weren't many work orders, so it didn't help much."
