"Dont expect the owners to keep there promises, And be prepared to under go harassment from co workers and the owners to side with current employees on all scenarios"

"owners dont respect employees, not able to get tools and items for jobs, Many co workers don't care about there work and that breeds a bad environment and unhappy customers constantly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus more on the employees and the quality control of the company"
