"The employees. I felt like a family because of the long hours spent working together."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do your homework first with this company. Not all security management companies are the ones for you. Great company to work for, the board of directors just needs to get rid of poor managers who are not making the goals or profits and bad decisions as a whole."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Security Associates, Inc?
"Some of the senior management didn't understand the employees in the field, perhaps because some of them stayed in the senior management offices and never came to get employees' feedback on the different accounts we manage as a whole. Employees are the best ones to receive feedback from, because we're the ones out in the public view."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your employees' views and comments more. Stop assuming that because you're making thousands of dollars more, that you know more."
