"We had a great management team in place for a project that lost it's funding."

"The company seems to be currently in shutdown mode with a management turn over. I'm not sure I would accept any opportunity at Severstal currently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe there were too many managers on this project and not enough team players. But all of the team were great people to work with."
