What do you like about working at Fidelity Technologies Corp.?

"Our main office was located in San Jos, CA, but out of the 4 yrs I worked for them, I spent maybe 2 months in that office. I liked meeting & working with our clients at their locations, because I didn't have to deal with pointless internal office politics. I had no boss in each location, I was the boss. I was fortunate to have superiors who trusted my actions and abilities to bring in each project making a profit for the company"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Nothing that I can think of off hand. If nothing else, I'd remind potential employees to be honest about their work experience and skills.. Lying and/or embellishing a person's work history always comes back to bite you."

What don't you like about working at Fidelity Technologies Corp.?

"There was some internal office politics at our main office, I was grateful I didn't have to deal with it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. The VP (now retired) whom I worked for, trusted his Project Managers to do what was best for our company."
