"The application process is easy regarding interviews. The process of providing background information is tedious and inefficient. Even for a non FINRA position the amount of information you provide is highly intrusive and not related to obtaining a qualified candidate. The Company is rife with new age racism and brain washing for the PC and Woke culture. The managers, such as they are more concerned in pushing inclusion to the point of exclusion. The pressure to conform to a non American and Progressive political view is oppressive. My direct manger was very proud to share his success formula which is to 'politic' amongst the special interest groups - no mention of doing your job. Technology and resources are deficient and the training staff are mediocre at best."
"The company has great employees and people are very kind to one another. The atmosphere is quite unique since it is a mix of start-up culture with the usual qualities of a full-fledged company operating at a large scale with many resources."
