"I enjoy being able to travel to various parts of the United States, and Canada, to oversee the program. I also enjoyed putting together a program that has been absent for so many years from the company, and being able to be the one to successfully kick start it."

"Traveling out of state has its downside when having to leave family behind. I'm also unappreciative of being disregarded by upper management when placing corrective action on his friend, a superintendent that had no regard for safety whatsoever."
