"It is a Midsize company headquarter in Alpharetta GA. It is a Fiber network with a focus in Layer 1 and Layer 2 level of the Network OSI model. The company as a whole operates on a fairly organized system of tools that tends to disconnect between departments. It is missing vital Provisioning and QA departments that would solve a series of documented issues."
