"I started working for Fiberguide Industries in 2014. In general, the people are great, it's a very "friends and family" feel. Although the work done is extremely specialized and "craft" oriented, the pay is not competitive. Upper management seems somewhat disconnected, but that's true for most companies. Limited opportunities to grow, or move up. Owned by a huge holding company in the UK, so there are "large company goals" being forced on a small company, and it makes for an interesting dynamic and struggle."
