What do you like about working at FGX International?

"Exciting business. I managed up to 27 states successfully with 3 Area Managers reporting to me, along with 5 manufacture rep groups of 150 plus people. Had ability to structure programs for accounts, develop regions and work with major accounts in the USA."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to be open minded, realize that this is a seasonal product so you need to learn to balance with non-seasonal items."

What don't you like about working at FGX International?

"That they were sold off to a competitor who tried hard to eliminate the Foster Grant name. New company lacked long term vision to succeed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company has been sold again since I left as the company who bought us went out of business. New company has employees from original FG and is doing well. My advice is to continue what they are doing and listen to the customer, while watching what competition is doing so they can stay current."
