"Festo US is a leader in semi capital equipment assembly. The division in Livermore is structured very lean and extreme hours are required to get the product out on time. The pace is hectic with very high pressure that never is relieved."
"I worked for 12 years at Festo. I choose to leave because I want to develop in other fields and work in the United States. The way the company acts with there employees is also not what I want for my future company. They break promises, tell you everything nice to keep you but at the end of the day, nothing happens. Information ways are too long, no strict line is visible in this company. Management is changing almost annually."
