"Well I was the Owner and I like doing the best work out there high quality and something to be proud of and I loved training my workers to have the same ethnics about there work."

"Well I would but the company is no longer in business."
What don't you like about working at Fermo & Son Construction?
"It was based on the housing market so it could be great for a time then go down.Also you had to work in the elements year round."
