"It was hard work but I felt accomplished when I finished my tasks. My fellow crew members were fun to work with. We had a great team dynamic."

"Ferguson will work with almost anyone. If you are a hard worker they will be sure to hire you."
What don't you like about working at Ferguson Electric?
"There were people from all walks of life at the constructions sites. Some of these people were not the best to be around and many of them made poor lifestyle choices. There was sometimes overlap from their bad choices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"From my experience it seems that management should work with the crews daily and also make a long term plan for the company. The top level managers were rarely around and it seemed like they rarely worked."
