"When they make me spend lots of unneccessary resources, where it would not make a difference in marketability of the property, but their personal desire. This has been creating problems in getting appraisals in neighborhoods."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You can do certain things to improve the property and make it marketable for that area. Going overboard would not help the bottom line for the company."
