"Poor management. Requires long hours with minimum pay. Focus on making income and not necessarily helping clients. Staff is motivated by threats and intimidation. No recognition for doing excellent work or going over and above your required duties. Morale is low. Clinical Supervisor thinks she is God and no one else has credible ideas if she disagrees."
