  "Working with Starbucks I found that it was so much more than just a supplemental career. The culture and community that they thrive to promote is something to be in complete awe about! I not only had community with my direct staff to the manager but felt the same amicability for the clients that I had the pleasure of catering to! Everyday was a learning experience not limited to their technical focus which, involved a certain type of problem-solving personality! There was also a human component from learning how operations were fun daily and reinvesting that drive to community and environmental outreach! To assume they were solely a coffee company would have been slightly insulting! They were a culture company that had a knack for embracing a goal and implementing it into their mission! My entire supervisorial staff and the partners, we reflected that agenda! We wore it with dedication and humility. My experience learning and prospering within is not only one I will not trade, but it is something I am now able to take as a part of me, wherever my new venture will be!"
