"As a new employee at Felix, l was not trained in the use of company software, to perform daily work tasks such as time card, daily reports , pulling up documents etc. There was no company orientation, meet & greet, benefit explanation or policy. I was handed truck keys, ipad, cell phone and sent out to sink or swim."
