"Don't work here whatever you do. They have a strong proclivity toward nepotism and toward layoffs because they simply don't like you. I am highly disappointed with the culture that exists here, I was sold one vision when interviewing only to find out after all this time that they had no intention of actually realizing that vision. It was merely a pipe dream they sold to get people to sign on. Regardless of compensation range when I leave I will never come back."
