"I have worked for Federated Hermes since 2019 (currently August 2021). This was my first position that I held after college, and I have not grown as a professional and do not feel as if my work is being valued by the company. My teammates are wonderful, but the executives do not care about their employees. The merit increases are also very sub par each year. It is a very quiet and not social work environment."
