What do you like about working at Federal Reserve System?

"The people are very friendly and open to conversation. This makes the environment very amiable"

"Go in relaxed. Interviews are held primarily by research associates (peers) who want to gauge the ability for you to learn how to do the job rather than your current efficacy."

What don't you like about working at Federal Reserve System?

"The 2-3 year and out policy of Research Associates/Assistant Economists. Also, the lack of learning how to apply different lenses to analyses. You are merely taught the lenses specific to the economist you work for."
