"This organization was my customer at one point. The people were great. The processes were far too extensive to be effective."

"Make the best deal you can on your salary going in. The company has too many limiting factors internally to make adjustments to your pay, if you far exceed expectations as a result of stellar job performance."

What don't you like about working at Federal Network Systems?

"At the time, the business group responded to every RFP and RFI issued from the government. There was no 'ready aim, shoot'. It was always shoot. A great deal of effort went into RFPs where the pricing structure of the company left us at a competitive disadvantage in many cases when we pursued business with the government."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. Many of the issues that existed when I was at this company, were addressed by eventual management re-structuring."
