"It was close to home and you could try bidding on other jobs, so you had a chance to experience many different aspects of how a plant works."

What don't you like about working at Federal-Mogul?

"They made headlights for American cars, so there were many layoffs in between getting another contract signed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel they did the best they could. It was the economy and the fact that not as many people were buying American cars."
