"I like being part of the Public Sector. I like the security that comes with working for the Federal Government. I like that my agency is small."

"Make sure you can deal with difficult people and relationships."

"My main issue is my supervisor....irrational, micromanager, and a hothead."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on communication and relationship management. Too many egos trying to one-up each other instead of collaborative effort. I would build consensus from the top down and then direct my employees to achieve that aligned goal."
