"I have worked for FDC for 9 years and I think that it is a very good company. They have health, dental, 401k, and all other typical benefits for employees. They have unpaid, paid, and vacation benefits to take time off. They have optional overtime quite often for employees to make extra money. They have company picnics where employees can win prizes, time off, and extra money on their paychecks. There are plenty of opportunities to work your way up the ladder of FDC.
