"The company has been closing sites and moving them overseas for the past 12 years."

"I liked working for Framatome very much. It was a wonderful company and the people and Supervisor and Manager was great. Unfortunately, I was laid off after the 9/11 incident."

"The company closed its fiber optics division in Canada, otherwise I would be working there now."

"Get enough contract and be competitive on the market so we all could work for you."

"I had the opportunity to work with some very competant and talented people. Even thought I had many years of service in the industry, the level of expertise and dedication exhibited by my colleagues was refreshing."

"Much of the worst is probably over, all work now in third-world countries. Fleecing of America nearly complete. Be prepared to exist."
What don't you like about working at FCI?
"Since the aquisition by Bain capital it has been an essential death spiral for FCI. Complete lack of investment, completely short-sighted business plan, absolutely no resepect for the principles that brought FCI to the position they were before the take-over. Microchasim of what life would have been like if Mitt Romney would have been elected president. Complete destruction of nearly all positions and facilities in the US."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Detach from Bain before it is too late. All of the capital, both tangible and intangible, has been squadered by Bain. No real chance for growth, only alignments and restructuring to strengthen our core businesss."
