"This work place is run extremely poor from top down. The owner is completely blind to his own son, who is the "operations manager", running the business into the ground. I would never recommend anyone work here unless you enjoy being talked down to. You can not perform any job correctly due to management not wanting to pay for or update anything. Calibrations and audits cannot be performed due to poor management and lack of caring from the higher ups. Complete waste of a good business being dwindled away to nothing. Won't be surprised if this place is closed within the year."
