What don't you like about working at Farm Bureau Insurance?

"High pressure to sell Life Insurance. Manager only cared about pushing life insurance on customers so he could win trips. Office staff was underpaid and did not care about their job. Work was constantly lost and many customer complaints. Claim Adjusters did not care about customers and were pushed by upper management to find ways not to pay claims properly. Customers constantly complaining about rudeness of adjusters. Lots of turnover with Agents."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dismiss all the managers. Farm Bureau is a good old boy company. In the North Texas and East Texas Division, most managers are white males. Very few races other than white."
