"Some of the technological aspects of this position are behind and could use much updating, however, the work environment and people are great to work with. I worked in the customer service department, but also made recommendations to the tech department often to improve service for our customers and make the work flow easier for our employees."
"Although the company is good, and compensates it's employees well. The overall atmosphere is employees in seats, work, work, work. It's expected of you to work you're required hours, plus more. If you happen to work more hours, they expect you to still work your required hours."
