"Fanatics as an overall company is one of the best to work for. The company as a whole is taking over the sports licensing of apparel and hard goods and is led by an amazing group of leaders. The main downfall is that there is no structure within the memorabilia division and no growth opportunity. leaders within our side are very complacent with what is happening and are not willing to grow the talent from within or compensate them for the work done."
