"Fanatics as an overall company is one of the best to work for. The company as a whole is taking over the sports licensing of apparel and hard goods and is led by an amazing group of leaders. The main downfall is that there is no structure within the memorabilia division and no growth opportunity. leaders within our side are very complacent with what is happening and are not willing to grow the talent from within or compensate them for the work done."
"I was only a seasonal athlete and did not work there long but it was an interesting warehouse experience."
"The company has a great culture of teamwork. It is a new company relatively for the Safety field, and offered opportunities to create policies as well as implement them in a network environment. The only drawback is that Safety is overall run at the site level of the General Manager, so a lot of what is done depends on the General Manager above all."
"Great place to work, if interested in the areas you are getting into."
"I have worked for Fanatics for two years and today marks the third major IT organizational restructuring. The company seems to be headed in the right direction, but a lot of issues still need to be addressed. Employee retention does not seem to be a major concern."
"I've been working with Fanatics for 16 months. The company is in good shape. It's in transition to new management."
"I worked at Fanatics since 2012 and I am very happy with the work environment progressive and very relaxed work place. Recently the company decided to relocate our office to San Francisco and I am not agreeable with the move to the West Coast."
"The downs and the ups pretty much balance themselves. Be prepared to wait for support when you run into a roadblock that is beyond your domain of control. Profitable company who pays fairly well and shares stock options with employees."
