"I've worked at FamilySearch for about a year. I started as an intern and later became a contractor. The people I work with are friendly and empowering. But there is a caste system. Contractors are not treated the same by management as other employees. Responsibilities and benefits vary, leading contractors to feel excluded. And there is poor upward mobility."
