"Depends upon position. If the position is in business support role then emphasize accomplishments and skills. I have no advice for candidates outside this area."

"Senior management doesn't understand information technology and in particular the costs associated with a globallly connected enterprise. Also, far too much internal politics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Senior management needs to be aware that support personnell from IT, HR, and Finance are just as important as those doing core business functions."
