The manufacturing facility did not have any way to be rated. Introduction of measurables like 5S, turnover, assistance, productivity, on-time delivery, etc. Making them visible to employees made them feel informed and accountable. Result: Employees were empowered to help in the future of their company. Reducing absenteeism from 5% to 2% and turnover from 2% to 0.5%."
