"I started on Fama Systems on 2011 as part of my school internship. I felt very bad, not very valuable and not considered at all to be a guy with knowledge. Despite the fact I had more knowledge of systems administration than my supervisor! At first I though that it was my fault, that I was doing something wrong. But after working with another company a year ago, now I am realize that the fault was the company's philosophy, not mine at all, and that of course that wasn't a company for me."
