What don't you like about working at Falcon Express Transportation?

"Falcon is a poorly run company. The equipment is some of the worst that I have been asked to operate. I don't feel that there is any real leadership at any either of there facilities. All of the drivers are easy to get along with, they are the only good thing that I was able to find with this company. To me and some other drivers, it seemed like the owner was getting rid of any driver that was making $17.00hr or more, for any driver willing to work for less."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with some respect. Don't make your employees feel like every day might be their last."
