"Constantly changing, usually escallating, job expectations without prior notification. No tollerance for imperfection hen completing work orders. No communication between employee and management. No adherance to rules and regulations."

"If you want to be an enterprise level company, you must be one accross the board and in all aspects all the time. Not when it seems most convienient."
