"I worked for the M Health Fairview System for a little over 2 years. The organization areas about quality care and thus spends majority of budget on clinical area needs. They are a fantastic with patient care and have excellent physicians and nurses. However if you hold a lone wolf position much attention is given to meeting needs, be it physical workspace, workload or holding all people reporting to the same manager equally accountable for their at work behaviors."
