"I worked for Fairfield's Auto Group for over three years and I was miserable every step of the way. This company has a very frat-like environment. If you're in the frat then your ability to move between positions and potentially be promoted is average to decent. If you are not in the inner circle then you will constantly be ridiculed for your work and expected to put in an obscene number of hours just to receive no recognition. If anything, your work will be rewarded by being penalized."
