"Fairfax utilizes teams of developers in Vietnam, Florida, Maryland and Kentucky. Florida is home to the support and "projects" (customization) teams. The "core" teams in Vietnam and DC focus on new stuff. Fairfax is attempting to unify these teams and improve its products and processes to remain competitive. It has done amazing things in its core market with a relatively small team. Its challenge will be to streamline and find new markets (and products?) to expand into."
