"I work at the Mountain Top facility for just over one year. The area that the plant is located is beautiful. Company that ran at an extreme lean capacity. The concept of self-directed work force was employed. The people are very nice and work well together. The average tenure of the workers is probably around 14 years. Many people have over 25 years tenure with the company. Once people start there they tend to stay. The plant was just given a new lease on life."
