"I worked at Fairbanks Morse for 6 years. It used to be a great place to work, but new management and new human resources took over. It is now a wretched place to try and build a career or future. Medical insurance is a joke. They are very generous with time off, but you work such long days, it's hard to take advantage of the only good benefit they offer. The company is filled with excellent players and low level managers, it's upper management that ruins the business."
