"Since 2018 I have been facilitating growth, managing contracts, and negotiating pricing with an array of manufacturers for FactoryPure.com. My experience has been enjoyable, however they lack solid leadership and have failed to offer benefits to their employees. In my time here I have seen women in leadership roles excluded from meetings, passed up for promotion, and silenced when speaking up against harassment, for these reasons I'm looking to find an EOE that puts equality and diversity in the workplace as a top priority."
