Most people choose to move to another company because there is not room to move up. However, if you choose to stay, you have to know how to play the game of taking credit for everything while getting through PSCs. Everyone is reviewed and only receive their review halfway through the next quarter. This is too late for people who are not working around the clock to get an improved review to be able to stay at the company. Apart of the bad reputation for data handling, there are many great things that comes with working in a great big company that are targeted to make you very happy while you are there."
