"I started out working for FAA in 2003 with little to no experience as a contractor. I gained most of skills from all the free government training that was available so I took advantage of it. As I received the training, more job responsibilities were handed over to me. Sometimes it is not always the degree that counts, especially when you have a dense support base at work that believes in you."
