"Do as much training as possible to learn what airports is all about and continue to push for innovation."
What don't you like about working at Federal Aviation Administration?
"Lack of team work, motivation to do better, and be progressive in the technology world. Behind as far as being paperless and everyone isn't so excited about going paperless. Makes work slow and expensive. They put our rules, without providing steps to acheive them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ensure employees were recognized and appreciated by having company events, i.e. bbq's, giveaways, on employee appreciate day at the least. For the office, I would supply a cake, light snacks, etc every so often. I would encourage people to have cheerful things on their desk, i.e. pictures, plants, color, etc. I would be honest with people about their short comings and have them set goals for themselves, of course, having them write what they think their strengths are."
