"Negotiate salary up front. Offered me 40k to start, negotiated up to $66,500. Found out after starting the top salary for Area Manager is $78,000. Don't be a sucker, hold out for more, they are desperate for good people."

What don't you like about working at EZPAWN?

"Management from district to corporate level is horrible. No respect for employees at all. Executives give themselves stock options to get filthy rich while store level employees work for minimum wage"

"Share the wealth, fix up the stores, pay employees a fair and decent wage"
