"This company was a good culture to work in. Everyone seemed to work well together and we were able to get work done on schedule. The company was run by someone that had been in the wastewater construction industry for over 30 years. They typically did much smaller projects than the one I was working on and had trouble conforming to the expectations of a project of that magnitude. I made every attempt to utilize my experience on large projects to help them meet those expectations, though it was not generally taken into consideration."
