"department ownership, ability to be as creative as one desires, employees I supervised - had a great Customer Service team"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not think that your opinion matters or will ever be heard. If you encounter resistance from a team member, you will be told that you have a personal problem with any team member that does not work towards a common goal or for the better of the company. This is why I left. Seven employees left in the same month as I, the writing is on the wall."

What don't you like about working at Eyemaginations?

"corruption in high management, management focuses more on the financial gain for the board members and founder instead of customer needs, improvements and allocating time/money/resources to efficiencies, founders sons are allowed to do what they wish - makes the environment unprofessional, my previous supervisor - as I did his job and he received credit and financial compensation for me doing his job, company hires its sales people based on looks only"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"none at this time, I had plenty of suggestions for management before the company grew to be so corrupt, now they must dig their way out of the hole they dug since I decided to separate as an employee"
